Service Options

We can offer three levels of support, depending on what the client prefers:

Training Only
We provide training on how to build and manage reports using Power BI or ArcGIS dashboards—empowering their staff to handle day-to-day visuals. This is a good entry-level option that gives them some independence while still needing support for deeper backend changes.
Full Dashboard Delivery
We create the data model, develop the reports, and walk them through how to use and understand everything. This gives them clean, ready-to-go dashboards without having to worry about setup complexity. This is ideal for departments that want results quickly and don’t have time/resources to learn the technical side.
Ongoing backend support
While we can train staff on how to build and manage their own data models, I wouldn’t recommend it. Creating and managing data models is complex and not something we can effectively teach in just 2–3 days. More importantly, once they have full control over the model, they may not need ongoing support—whereas with report-building training only, they can still rely on us to handle backend changes on an hourly billing basis.
