• About the Founder: Damien Denmark

  Damien Denmark is a business strategist, economic development consultant, and marketing expert with a passion for helping businesses grow.

  Born and raised in Texarkana, Texas, Damien is the youngest of five siblings. He is a graduate of Texas A&M–Texarkana, where he developed a strong foundation in business development, marketing, and leadership.

  In 2020, Damien relocated to Liberal, Kansas, where he became actively involved in business and community development. From 2020 to 2023, he:

  • Worked in economic development, supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs in securing resources to grow their businesses
  • Founded Food Truck Saturdays, an initiative supporting local small businesses
  • Served on multiple nonprofit boards, including United Way of Seward & Finney County, Genesis Family Health, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Committee
  • Co-founded and chartered the Falcons Booster Club for Fellowship Baptist Academy, a local Christian school in Liberal, KS

  In 2023, Damien moved to Olathe, Kansas, where he continues to focus on strategic growth initiatives, serving businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities across the Kansas City Metro and the state of Kansas.

  In 2025, he officially launched Southwind Marketing Group to help entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and government entities access affordable, results-driven marketing services tailored to their goals. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Kansas Class of 2024 and brings experience across industries including agriculture, sanitation, food service, retail, and public agencies.

  Damien’s work is rooted in the belief that every business—no matter how small—deserves access to the tools and strategy to be seen, be heard, and succeed.

Damien is a strong advocate for servant leadership and believes that true success comes from helping others succeed. His guiding principle is:

"It's not what you can do for me. It's what I can do for you."

Outside of business, Damien remains involved in his community and volunteers as a 7th-grade basketball and youth soccer coach for Olathe Parks & Recreation.

His deep understanding of economic growth, marketing strategies, and community engagement has allowed him to create impactful business solutions that drive success.
